Shrief, 26 years old, male

Name: Shrief, 26 yrs, male
Date started: November 24, 2010
Diagnosis: Class 2 Division 2 malocclusion
deep bite, lingually positioned lower left lateral incisor

Notice his 2 central incisors are pushed inwards while the 2 lateral incisors are pushed out. Not a common case. Barely can we see the lower incisors. This is called a deep bite. We need to raise the bite to be able to put the lower brackets.

Did you ever wonder how we were abe to place the lower brackets with a deep bite? We raised the bite by placing white fillings on the right and left first molars :-)

Special to this uncommon case is that lower front tooth hiding at the back (pic above). I intend to create a space for it to move forward. Will show you the progress pics soon :-)

Just in case you were wondering whose these teeth belong to? His.

Hehehehe....you may all know how pics are not allowed here so the closest I can get to is a look alike. And Mr. Shrief has a very close resemblance to Mr. Cage. Al Hayat patients, do you agree?
